Saturday, June 12th, 2010: Spider Hills, Langley Trade Players The general manager of the Spider Hills Spiders has signed off on a trade for Langley's 23-year old second baseman Armando Soto. To complete the deal, the Spiders will send 20-year old reliever Pedro Gómez to the Cougars. Taking a look at this year, Pedro Gómez has made 24 relief appearances, recorded 2 saves and compiled a 3-2 won-lost mark and a 4.59 ERA. In pitching 33.1 innings, he has totaled 30 strikeouts and 11 walks. Wednesday, May 19th, 2010: Atlas Island Ships Jr. to Langley The Storm and the Cougars finalized a deal this afternoon. Atlas Island has traded for 18-year old reliever Yoritoki Matsui and in return Langley will receive 26-year old reliever Wilber Jr.. In 2010 Jr. has 16 relief appearances and a 1-0 record with no saves. He has logged 16.1 innings and allowed 19 base hits. Opposing clubs have put up a .288 batting average against him.
