 | Thursday, December 17th, 2009: Borderline Swaps Kichida to National City for Edelman The Borderline Biscuits announced a deal with the Friars today, sending 36-year old center fielder Yoshi Kichida to National City for 31-year old starting pitcher Hal Edelman. It had been talked about for the past few weeks and everything came together late last night. All players are expected to be joining their respective clubs shortly. To date Kichida has a .264 career batting average and has totaled 1 home run. Over his career Edelman has 12 victories and 14 defeats with a 4.13 ERA. The 31-year-old hurler also has struck out 162 batters in 229 innings and surrendered 246 hits. |
